Anti Static Polycarbonate is coated with the electrostatic dissipative layer. The surface resistance is from 10^5 Ohms to 10^8 Ohms, therefore, it is effective to prevent and control generating the static electricity on the surface of the polycarbonate sheet. Anti Static polycarbonate is also known as “ESD Polycarbonate” and “electrostatic dissipative polycarbonate”.
With continuous investment in anti-static coating technology, UVPLASTIC provides two types of anti-static polycarbonate sheets, UVFPC-ESD-E is an economic anti-static polycarbonate panel, it offers better surface hardness than normal polycarbonate sheets. UVFPC-ESD-B is a bendable anti-static polycarbonate sheet, but the surface hardness is the same as a normal polycarbonate sheet, and the lifespan is 5 years. The electrostatic dissipative coating is compounded with plastic and metal. Therefore, the anti-static polycarbonate sheet is not affected by weather, humidity, and fog. Meantime, it offers superior impact and chemical resistance.
