UVFPC-ESD is the family code of UVPLASTIC anti-static polycarbonate sheet, which is coated with the electrostatic dissipative layer. It is effective to prevent and control generating the static electricity on the surface of the polycarbonate sheet. Therefore, anti-static polycarbonate is also known as “electrostatic dissipative polycarbonate” or “ESD polycarbonate”.

The electrostatic dissipative coating is compound by plastic and metal. Therefore, the anti-static polycarbonate sheet is not affected by weather, humidity, and fog. Meantime, it offers superior impact and chemical resistance.

Normally, UVPLASTIC has the frequently-used ESD polycarbonate sheets in stock for fast delivery, the thicknesses are 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, the standard size is 4x8ft. You can ignore the MOQ requirement if you choose them. But the shipping cost won’t be the most cost-effective.

If you are the buyer of small quantity, it is better to choose our polycarbonate fabrication services, that will offer you semi-finished polycarbonate products and plastic parts according to your drawings.

The surface resistance will be from 10^7 to 10^9 Ohms tested by ASTM D257-14. Other testing methods can be accepted.
